It is time we stopped. We have so many problems that beautification will not fix. How can we keep spending money on consultants when the main problem is the economic situation in this town. Downtown and the whole Hill Ave corridor will not work until we get rid of the truck traffic through town and create local jobs through innovation. Look at other cities and see what they are doing.
